Chonnam National University Library hosted the “One Book Talk Concert” as part of the 2025 Gwangju and Jeonnam Read and Talk (GJRT) program at Yongbong Hall in the Administration Headquarters on November 5. Invited as the guest author of the event, Kim Ae-ran deliver a talk about her life and her book “A lie Among the Truth” which was selected as the Book of the Year for the 2025 GJRT on June 25. She talked about the meaning of reading and writing, saying “Recognizing specific issues that cannot be addressed through administrative or legal word, yet clearly exists in our lives as stories, might be helpful.” During the Q&A session, the audience asked questions about her book, followed by a signing event.
