International and domestic students completed the 2025 International Summer School (ISS) program with a closing ceremony held at Cosmos Hall on July 25. During the farewell event, participating students received certificates recognizing their completion of the four-week ISS program and enjoyed a variety of activities, including awards for outstanding students and groups, reflection speeches from professors and students, a program recap video, and talent performances. Many students took pictures at the entrance photo wall to commemorate the occasion. Award recipients took to the stage to briefly share their thoughts, often expressing gratitude to their group members. Ambre Naveau, one of the international students, said, “The farewell ceremony made the goodbyes feel real. I’ll miss my roommate and my first dorm experience. I’m especially grateful to my teammates from diverse countries and cultures. Understanding our differences was incredible and a valuable experience for me.”
