In the sphere of semester commencement, Chonnam National University (CNU) students were actively engaged in the Spring 2025 Student Club Fair held by the General Student Club Association (GSCA) on March 5-6. Lying in Bongji Field, the event, with more than 40 student clubs and university institutes, appealed to hundreds of registered international students. Club members wanted to introduce its activities and recruit incoming members through various games, musical performances, food trucks, etc. This was also a good chance for bonding between them. Seo Young-min (Freshman, Department of Chinese Language and Literature) said, “I am interested in the Student Club Fair because I am curious about clubs at CNU. I did not experience club activities in high school, so I went here to find clubs related to my studies or passion. I really enjoy the performance of the club 'High Code.'” This year, the Chonnam Tribune ran a booth alongside The Chondae Shinmun and CNU Broadcasting Station and welcomed interest in media activities. The event has long been a crucial part of CNU tradition. It has fostered holistic growth regarding academic excellence and extracurricular skills for students.
