Online Psychological Counseling Services are available to international students at the CNU Student Life Counselling Center. They can register for individual psychological counselling sessions via the center’s website  (https://counsel.jnu.ac.kr) or by email (jnucounsel@gmail.com). Counselling sessions are held in English and conducted online. The services may be limited for students on a leave of absence or those who have deferred graduation. If there are many applicants, a counselor will be assigned based on the application order and the urgency of each case.

Flu Vaccination Services are available to CNU students, faculty, and staff at the Health Service Center on both the Gwangju and Yeosu campuses while supplies last. The vaccination cost is 22,000 won, and the service will operate Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding a lunch break from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Vaccines may run out early, so it is recommended to inquire in advance before visiting.

The English 1:1 Coaching Program provided by the CNU English Learning Center allows CNU undergraduate students to receive free one-to-one tutoring from native English-speaking language specialists. Participants can receive coaching in speaking, writing, and learning strategies. Applications will be open until February 2025. Five National Universities’ Union Festival will be held on Nov. 21 at Yongbong Hall and the square in front of Minjumaru on the Yongbong campus. The festival will begin at 11:00 a.m. and will feature a variety of events, including a data storytelling competition and immersive experiences such as dreamcatcher-making. It will be open to all university students, faculty, and staff, as well as local residents.

American College Life Exploration Program will be held on Nov. 23, starting at 1:00 p.m., at the American Corner Gwangju on the 2nd floor of the Mudeung Library. All Gwangju residents interested in studying in the United States are welcome to join. The program will feature Fulbright English Teaching Assistant panelists who will provide practical information about studying abroad and college life in the U.S. There is no charge to attend, but pre-registration is required.
