'A Lie Among the Truth' Chosen as the Book of the Year for the 2025 GJRT

"A Lie Among the Truth," written by Kim Ae-ran, is announced as the Book of the Year for the 2025 GJRT.

Chonnam National University (CNU) announced Kim Ae-ran’s “A Lie Among the Truth” as the Book of the Year for the 2025 Gwangju and Jeonnam Read and Talk (GJRT) at Yong-bong Hall, located in Administration Headquarters, on June 25. The GJRT, a campaign encouraging the reading of one book, has selected the Book of the Year annually since 2013. This program serves as a guide to reading, providing various experiences related to the selected book for CNU students and local residents. It also helps readers share the story of the book, which contributes to communication within the local community through social reading activity.
