Highlighting Realistic Problems
Nowadays, one of the most urgent issues in Korea is the economic crisis. As a result of low economic growth and inflation, people frequently seek ways to save money, through reducing consumption. So, consumption patterns have become a notable topic. The Issue #376 Cover Story carefully analyzes the issue along with a concise explanation of related concepts, including “You Only Need One (YONO).” Through an understanding of ideas such as “selective and shared consumption” and “value consumption,” I was able to grasp new lifestyle trends common among our generation. Additionally, I agree with the article’s emphasis on young people’s beliefs, including about environmental and social issues.
