AI Job Interview Solution

An AI Job Interview Solution has been introduced at the CNU Institute for Adaptable Interdisciplinary Education. With the expansion of online-interviews due to Covid-19, many companies have started to adopt AI interview systems to evaluate applicants’ competence and personality. In preparation for this new recruitment process, the institute operates an AI-assessed interview simulation service by adopting Educe’s inFACE solution that includes interview assessment, personality evaluation and gamification.
